TERM 3 Thursday Netball at Active Al Maryah Island (OUTDOORS) – School Years FS1 – Y2

<>Disclaimer: Please read and check the box below: <>BY PARTICIPATING IN THE MANCHESTER THUNDER NETBALL ACADEMY SESSIONS, TOURNAMENTS OR EVENTS, I CONFIRM, ON BEHALF OF THE ABOVE-MENTIONED CHILD AS HER/HIS PARENT/GUARDIAN, THE FOLLOWING: 1. FITNESS. I can confirm that I am fit and able to participate in the sporting activities to take place during the event/sessions, and I accept all risks resulting from my participation in these activities. I acknowledge and agree that Manchester Thunder and its staff are not responsible for any injury, death, or loss of property to any person suffered while participating or in any way involved in the event, save on the part of their negligence. 2. MEDICAL INTERVENTION. In the event that I need any medical intervention related to emergency or sickness during the event, I agree to be treated by a qualified emergency first aid staff member and to be taken to hospital if required for my health and to save my life. 3. BEHAVIOUR. I will conduct myself in an appropriate manner at all times during the event and not act improperly, violently, or impolitely towards any other person or property. I will comply with all rules and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. 4. CONFIDENTIALITY. I will keep confidential all aspects of Manchester Thunder (including information about Manchester Thunder personnel and players) that I learn during the event, whether such information has been learned incidentally, intentionally, or otherwise. 5. RECORDINGS. I will not bring to or use during the event any video or other filming or recording equipment device nor will I record or attempt to record (whether permanently or transiently) or transmit in any medium (including but not limited to the social media) for my own or any other person’s purposes, moving images or voices of any Manchester Thunder personnel and other players at any time during the event. 6. USE OF IMAGES. I hereby grant to Manchester Thunder the right, without approval or compensation, to use my image in any of the photographs or video recordings taken at the event/sessions, for any purpose in any part of the world. 7. USE OF PERSONAL DATA. I agree that Manchester Thunder may share my data with trusted sponsor(s) for marketing purposes. This information may be used by the sponsor(s) to contact me with promotional content, offers, and updates related to their products and services. 8. I understand that Thunder UAE Netball operates a strict no-refund policy. In the event that sessions are cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, no refunds or credits will be provided. However, make-up sessions may be offered, which could be held at a different venue or time. For one-off sickness, refunds or credits will not be issued. Make-up sessions may be available, but they may be scheduled at an alternative venue or time. No refunds will be granted if membership is terminated due to misconduct, non-attendance, or violation of the Code of Conduct.
